How is your servicing fee calculated?

Our expert team will inspect, authenticate and test your watch at our manufacturer certified service centre. Using manufacturer approved tools and equipment, they will assess its condition, accuracy, efficiency and water-resistance.

Based on this inspection, we may deduct one of the following servicing fees to cover the cost of bringing the watch up to Watchfinder’s resale standard.

Essential work
This could cover work such as case and/or bracelet refurbishment and polishing, case re-sealing, movement regulation and timing accuracy adjustments.

We calculate servicing fees based on the value of your watch. The following servicing fees will be deducted from your final offer:

If your watch requires specific parts or needs to be sent away for specialist attention from the original manufacturer, the servicing fee will reflect these additional external costs.

Please note, we will only ever deduct one of these servicing fees. And we will always confirm any servicing fee with you before we finalise your purchase order.
