The new HMRC reporting rules require digital platforms to capture the name, address, date of birth and national insurance number of customers who are selling a watch on consignment.
We’ll collect this information only once the consignment watch has been sold, and are required to share this information with HMRC.
Please note, this requirement does not apply if you are selling a watch outright.
