We make selling or part exchanging your watch simple. You submit an initial enquiry with details of your specific watch, and we will send you an estimate within 48 hours - please note this does not include any servicing fee. We will then collect your watch for free at your convenience with our insured home collection service. We’ll even send you special packaging to keep it safe, then send it to us or drop it off at one of our boutiques nationwide.
After our expert’s inspection, if we need to do any work on the watch to bring it up to Watchfinder’s resale standards, we may deduct a servicing fee. We will send then you a final offer, with the confirmed servicing fee. If you’re happy with to accept the final offer and servicing fee, we will transfer the money into your account by BACS in 2-3 days if you are selling your watch. If you are part-exchanging your watch, we’ll complete your order on acceptance and dispatch your new watch in 2-3 days.
