Once you have submitted an initial enquiry telling us the make and model of your watch, we will send you an estimate within 48 hours. You can then send us your watch, or drop it off at select nationwide locations, and after an inspection at our brand-accredited service centre, we will issue you a final offer. If you’re happy with this, we will transfer the money into your account by BACs in 5 days if you're selling, or complete your order and dispatch your new watch if you're trading in.
