I'm not going to be available on the scheduled shipping date, what are my options?

If you’re not going to be available on the scheduled shipping date, it’s possible to choose an alternative shipping date with the courier via their tracking platform.

You can choose a new shipping date up to 5 days later than the originally scheduled date. You’ll also be able to select a preferred time window on your new shipping date.

If you’re going to be away for a longer period, it’s possible to select the vacation hold option, which will allow you to choose a new shipping date up to 28 days later than the originally scheduled date.

It’s not possible to choose a safe place for shipping, add an alternative address, ship to a neighbour, or ship to a collection point for fraud prevention and security reasons.
